Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from California. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number via USPS.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • USPS First Class: Approximately 5–7 business days after shipment
  • USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 3–5 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

All US orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@reyandluckco.com or text us at +1 (858) 461-8102. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it, and any carrier fees for address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35. This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed!
